Helpful Ways to Protect Your Family

To help residents and their pets protect themselves from wild and undomesticated animals we encourage citizens to do the following:

  • Do Not leave trash or food waste out in the open or in open containers.
  • Make sure all domestic pets are properly vaccinated.
  • Do Not feed wild or stray animals
  • Elevate bird feeders to reduce the ability of unwanted animals to access food.
  • Report any animal that displays unusual behavior or appears sick.
